# NFT 交易

交易是 NFT 交易平台的基本功能，买家可以向卖家报价，双方达成成 交价格。在 NFT 项目热度比较高时，卖家希望能够在市场可接受范围内以 高价将 NFT 出售。  NFT 交易价格上升带动 NFT 地板价提升。

在交易过程中 ，  NFT 交易平台会从中收取一定的交易佣金 ，创作者可 确定版税。交易成本主要包括平台交易佣金、版税、  Gas 费等。
